Welcome to 2D DIY Studio. By accessing our website, making reservations, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

2D DIY Studio provides hands-on craft workshop experiences. Our services include:

• DIY craft workshops (plaster dolls, phone cases, candles, mosaic art, etc.)
• Online reservation system
• Loyalty rewards program
• Private event bookings

3. Reservations

3.1 Making Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate information and to honor your booking.

3.2 Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS (if opted in) once your reservation is confirmed.

3.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may result in reduced workshop time, and we cannot guarantee accommodation for guests arriving more than 15 minutes late.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund available for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of making the reservation.
• After 24 hours but before 72 hours of reservation: Eligible for store credit only.
• Within 72 hours of reservation time: Non-refundable. No refunds or store credit will be provided.
• No-shows: Non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation by 2D DIY Studio

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability. The same cancellation policy timeframes apply to rescheduling requests.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Workshop Policies

6.1 Age Requirements

Most workshops are suitable for ages 3 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific age recommendations are noted in each workshop description.

6.2 Materials

All materials, tools, and supplies needed for workshops are included in the workshop fee. You are welcome to take your completed project home.

6.3 Dress Code

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety. Loose jewelry should be removed before participating in workshops.

6.4 Food and Beverages

You may bring water bottles and light snacks. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Please be mindful of allergies when bringing food.

7. Loyalty Rewards Program

7.1 Enrollment

The loyalty rewards program is free to join. By enrolling, you agree to receive communications about your rewards status and program updates through your chosen communication method(s).

7.2 Earning Points

Points are earned based on qualifying purchases. The current earning rate and redemption values are displayed on our website and may be changed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7.3 Point Expiration

Points may expire after 365 days of account inactivity. We will attempt to notify you before points expire.

7.4 Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to members.

8. SMS Communications

8.1 Transactional SMS

By completing a reservation through our website, you consent to receive automated text messages from 2D DIY Studio at the phone number provided, including booking confirmations, reservation status updates, and related service notifications. These messages are necessary to complete and manage your reservation.

8.2 Marketing SMS

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS on our reservation form, you also consent to receive automated promotional text messages from 2D DIY Studio, including special offers, event announcements, and workshop updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
